I'm a certified Pilates, Barre, and yoga teacher with decades of dance and movement training. Empathy, patience, and precise instruction tailored to each individual body is the foundation of my teaching style. I provide a safe, supportive environment to help you get stronger, heal injuries, and fully inhabit your body.

PUBLIC CLASSES
Join me for public group classes at Tandem in Oakland and Mighty Pilates in Berkeley. Group classes accommodate up to 12 people.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Sunday morning at 10 am at The Oasis. The Oasis is a beautiful studio with 6 reformers for personalized small group classes.
